Judy brings over 30 years of experience in the nonprofit field. She is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and is a Certified Bereavement Counselor.
Judy is the former President/CEO of the Muscular Dystrophy Family Foundation® and past Executive Director for the Franklin Township Education Foundation. Most recently, she was the Associate Executive Director for a sheltered workshop serving adults with developmental disabilities.
A resident of Greenwood, Duncan-Olds is the past president of the Franklin Township Chamber of Commerce, past board member for Buck Creek Players and is a strong advocate for children and adults in crisis. She loves animals, traveling, snorkeling, and is an avid reader.

Dawn joined Youth Connections in 2016. She has worked as a Family Case Manager with DCS, and, most recently, was the School Director of Day Nursery Association and Child Care Network in Huntsville, AL. She has also served as a foster parent.
Dawn is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana and a mother to two adult children. She enjoys travel, crafting and spending time with her family and grand baby.

Shana joined Youth Connections in 2016 as the Children’s Visitation Coordinator. Shana brings a wealth of experience to the agency. She was formerly with Clark Pleasant School Corporation where she instructed students in the classroom and in extended learning time. She was also with Franklin Township Community School Corporation as an instructional assistant.
A graduate of Ivy Tech and Western Governors University Shana has a Bachelors of Science in Business Management. She lives in Johnson County with her two spoiled dogs,Skeeter and Reese.
Program Coordinator – Jumpstart Group Mentoring

Adam joined Youth Connections in 2016 as a part-time facilitator for the Jumpstart summer program, Quest Camp; however he quickly transitioned to a full-time role as the program’s coordinator. Adam previously worked as the Safety Officer and teaching specialist for The Children’s Bureau and the Director Care Associate for Putnam County Comprehensive Services.
Adam is a graduate of Ball State University and holds a graduate Certificate in Management from IUPUI.
Program Assistant – Children’s Visitation Center and Jumpstart

Jennifer joined Youth Connections in 2015 as the Program Assistant for our Children’s Visitation Center and Jumpstart mentoring groups. She holds a BA in psychology and MS in Mental Health Counseling from the University at Albany in NY. She currently attends the University of Indianapolis.
Jennifer was born and raised in NY and recently moved to Indiana. Prior to her move, Jennifer worked with at-risk youth at both the Colonie Youth Court & Hope House Inc. As the youth court assistant, she worked side by side with young, first-time offenders while they completed their community service. Simultaneously, she worked as the mental health counselor at a residential facility for drug-addicted teenagers.
Jennifer was very involved in her hometown community and is looking to do the same here in Indiana.

Jamie joined Youth Connections as the part-time summer coordinator for the Jumpstart mentoring camps. She proved to be a valuable asset to the organization due to her outstanding organizational skills. Jamie was named Special Project Coordinator in the fall of 2016 and quickly moved up to Office Manager
Her responsibilities include handling the logistics for Youth Connections fundraisers, the “Families in Transition” (FIT) program and custody evaluations.
Formerly a teacher’s assistant with Kid City Academy in Franklin, IN and a teacher with KinderCare in Indianapolis, IN, Jamie is a resident of Johnson County where she lives with her husband, three daughters and her Shih Tzu named Jada.

Steve joined Youth Connections in 2016 and is a licensed CPA with experience in financial analysis, capital projects, expansion and fund accounting.
Steve has nonprofit accounting experience and legal experience through his tenure at the Indianapolis Children’s Museum and two Indianapolis law firms.
Steve provides a balance to the agency with his unique sense of humor.
A graduate of Indiana University with a major in accounting Steve resides in Greenwood with his wife and is the father of grown twin sons.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf.
