What is the Children’s Visitation Center?

The Children’s Visitation Center is designed to help alleviate the tension between children and parents during a divorce.  By providing a comfortable, neutral location for supervised visits, we are able to help create a better atmosphere for child-parent interactions.

  • Parents who are having difficulty sharing visitation rights.
  • Parents who have restraining orders or allegations of domestic or child abuse.
  • Referrals made by the court, human services, guardians ad litem, or attorneys.

Why should I use the center?

The CVC is used when you are encountering problems at home with your own visitation schedule.  Tension can arise when a parent comes to pick up a child while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  Inconsistent or irresponsible visits can also cause conflict.  We want to help establish a stress-free routine for you and your children.  We can provide a positive environment for visits or exchanges.

  • A safe place to pick-up or drop-off children.
  • On-site monitored visits for children and parents needing a positive environment.
  • Helping you establish a visitation routine, which ensures stability.
  • Confidential support to parents and children.
